How to Change/Update Your Card on File
If you would like to change, update, or view the card you have on file with us for your automatic renewal, please follow these steps.
Log in to your account here:
Click on your name in the top right corner of the navigation bar and then click on My Account.
On your account page, click the Manage Credit Card button to the right of your subscription information in order to view and update your card on file.
Please note: If you do not see the Manage Credit Card button and your account is set to automatically renew, your subscription was originally set up through PayPal. As long as your PayPal account is up to date and holds a balance, the renewal will go through properly. You can also contact us to detach your PayPal account if you prefer to pay by credit card.
You can now view your card on file, and you have the option to update or change your card details using the button called Change Card Details.
After clicking the Change Card Details box, a space will appear below the Card on File box with the fields to enter your new card details. Enter the correct details and click Save.
The card on file is now updated and will be charged on your next renewal date.
