How to Use the Participation Tool


Step-by-Step Instructions

Log in to your account here:

Log In

Step 1

Click on Class Prep and select My Classes from the drop-down menu.

Step 2

You will land on the My Classes page, where you will see a list of your classes. Click on the class you would like to see the participation for.  

Step 3

Click on Participation.

Step 4

Select a start date by clicking on the From field and choose an end date by clicking on the To field. Once you have chosen your date range, click on Apply.

Step 5

You will see the total time spent on tasks for each student in the date range you specified.

Step 6

You can export the participation report as a CSV file for your records.

Click Close once the report has been downloaded to your computer.

Step 7

Double-click on the report or click on the down-facing arrow and select Open to launch the report.
