How to Change Your Email Address
Step-by-Step Instructions
To change the email address you have on file and keep your same account and password, simply follow these steps:
Step 1
Go to Ellii and log in to your account using your original email address and password.
Step 2
Once you have successfully logged in, click on your name in the top right corner of the page and select Account.
Step 3
On your Account page, click the Edit button by Your Email Address.
Step 4
Update your email to your new preferred address, confirm your current password and click Update Email.
If you attempt to update your email address and receive the following message:
This email address is already in use.
or if you have any other difficulties, please contact us.
