How to Print Lessons: Student Version
On ESL Library, the majority of our ready-made lessons are available as Teacher or Student PDFs. The difference between these two versions is that the Student PDF does not include an answer key or any supplementary materials at the end of a lesson.
Student PDFs can be used when you are sending a PDF to your students online or printing a PDF to distribute it directly to your students in class.
To open this version, click the "Student PDF" button from the preview page of any lesson:
Here is a video with step-by-step instructions on how to print the Student PDF version of lessons:
You can also follow the steps below to open and print the Student PDF.
Log in to your ESL Library account.
Once you've logged in, head over to the Lessons page (see below).
On the Lessons page, click into any lesson section (e.g., Discussion Starters).
After landing on the lesson section page, choose any lesson you would like to view or print as a PDF (e.g., Left-Brained Vs. Right-Brained).
Once you have clicked into a lesson, you will see that there are two PDF options to choose from. If you are printing to hand out the lesson in class or sending it to your students online, click on the "Student PDF" button to open the lesson.
To print the lesson for class, select the print icon in the top right corner of the page (depending on your browser and PDF viewer attached to your browser). You can also print by clicking File > Print or by pressing Command + P on a Mac or Control + P on a PC.
